There are many ways to practise yoga, and over the last year I’ve realised that what I offer is less about a single class and more about creating spaces where people can move, breathe and reconnect with themselves.
For some, that looks like a 1:1 session at home, with a practice designed entirely around their body, goals and pace.
For others, it’s a small group of friends or family, a chair-based class, or a corporate wellbeing session that brings a little more steadiness into a busy workplace.
And then there are the experiences that are becoming a special part of Yoga with Machelle — our seasonal yoga classes in the bell tent at CAHM at The Nuttery in Ryarsh, and our two separate day retreats held annually in Penshurst, each offering the opportunity to step away from the usual rhythm of life and spend a day immersed in movement, rest and connection.
What connects all of these offerings is the same intention: thoughtful movement, mindful breathing and a practice that meets you where you are, rather than asking you to be something different.
If you’re curious about practising with me — whether privately, through a group session, a workplace class, a chair-based programme, or one of our seasonal retreats — you can now find all current pricing and booking information in my Linktree, or you’re very welcome to send me a message here on Instagram and I’d be happy to help you find the option that feels right for you.
