Equinox weekend workshop - Letting go
Sept 18-20 2026

An exquisite moment when light and dark stand equal before the slow descent begins. Autumn Equinox. The second harvest. The time of letting go.
The trees are letting go of their leaves yet collecting their energy inwardly, deliberately, perhaps wisely, preparing for the darker months ahead.

Through our dance and shamanic journey work, we move into the body’s own wisdom of release — shedding what we have carried too long, composting what no longer serves, turning inward toward the dark with open hands and an open heart.

The Equinox asks for the willingness to trust that what falls away makes room for what is coming.

August 7-9 2026

The wheel has turned again. The light is beginning its slow warm retreat, the fields are heavy with what the whole year has been growing, and something in us stirs in recognition. It is time to gather in.

Lammas, traditionally the first harvest, carries a particular kind of wisdom. It does not ask us to be more, or to grow further, or to reach higher. It asks us simply: what has ripened? What in you has quietly, beautifully come into its fullness?

Mary Oliver, the great poet of presence and the living world once wrote:

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

The summer arrives and the sun holds nothing back shining light on truth.
This is the longest day the shortest night. The time of fullness, of ripeness, of standing in the open with nowhere to hide. The light falls on all of it to be full; our dreams our doubts our longing and our becoming.

This weekend invites us to gently be seen. An invitation to step out from behind the mask, to feel the vulnerability of being uncovered, open and present. This takes a particular kind of courage. The willingness to let our authentic selves open, ripen and dance with the sunlight.
