A gorgeous afternoon in the garden with our Happy Gardeners Club!

Today we spent time deadheading our hanging baskets and harvesting some of our beautiful nasturtiums and lettuce, all grown from seed by our residents. We were delighted to pass our freshly picked produce on to our Chefs to use at tomorrow's BBQ.

There was a real sense of pride as we admired our home-grown crop and celebrated all the hard work that has gone into nurturing it from seed to harvest. We can't wait to enjoy the fruits of our labour tomorrow! 🩷🌱🥬🌼🐌

A hilarious afternoon with some of the students from St Patrick's Catholic Primary School!

We enjoyed a lively game of balloon badminton in Chesterton Lounge, where our residents proved they are true competitors - and showed the younger generation how it's done.

We then had to tuck into delicious chocolate cupcakes – because every professional athlete needs to refuel after such an intense match!

A wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of smiles 🩷🎈🧁

An amazing and educational afternoon spent with Claire from Walks With Hawks.

Our residents had the wonderful opportunity to meet and interact up close with Havoc, the beautiful kestrel, and Pickles, the cutest little owl, who completely stole our hearts.

It was a fantastic experience and a real treat for everyone, bringing plenty of smiles and creating some very special memories. 🩷🦉🦅

With the FIFA World Cup kicking off, we couldn't resist getting in on the action! Today's armchair football match was full of excitement, with Kofi from the Activity Team bravely volunteering to be the 'goal'.

There were plenty of laughs, some impressive strikes, and lots of fun all round!
