I will be collaborating on my first seasonal wellbeing circle next Friday. I’ll be co-hosting with the lovely who is a nutritionist and CBT hypnotherapist. We’ll be talking about all things Summer and a seasonal map to help you navigate through the changing seasons.
Madeleine will take us through some summer nutrition tips and a guided meditation. Summer is the time when nature reaches its pinnacle and so I’ll be talking about the Fire Element (the element of Summer) and the joy and passion of this element and tips for remaining balanced through this season without literally burning out.
I’ll also be offering ear seeds for calm and body regulation as well as offering a Fire elemental reset for body and mind.
