This week's comes from a patient who shared their experience on Doctify:

"I went to see Mr Mangat thinking I needed surgery on a shoulder injury. I'm delighted to say that his expert opinion advised that there may be a less invasive answer, and following a cortisone injection I'm now pain free and undertaking a course of physiotherapy."

Expert care isn't always about surgery. Sometimes it's about finding the right treatment at the right time.

Happy Pride Month from everyone at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital! 🌈🧁

To celebrate, our Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) Champions, Jarna and Jesica, spent Friday spreading smiles around the hospital by handing out Pride-themed cupcakes to the team.

Staff were also encouraged to wear something bright, helping to fill the hospital with colour, positivity and a shared celebration of diversity and inclusion.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make the day so special. Together, we're proud to create a workplace where everyone feels welcome, respected and empowered to be themselves.

Colleagues from our pathology lab engaged with patients, visitors and staff in the Outpatients Department, helping to increase understanding of the critical role biomedical science plays in healthcare.
