🌿 A wonderful morning of movement, strength and relaxation! 🌿

Thank you to everyone who joined today’s Hips & Lower Back Freedom Yoga Therapy Workshop.

We worked hard! 💪 Through a wide variety of therapeutic poses, we focused on improving hip mobility, strengthening the hips, glutes and core, and releasing tension in the lower back. There were plenty of challenging moments, a few sweaty faces, and lots of determination from everyone!

After all the hard work, we slowed everything down with a blissful 20-minute Yoga Nidra, giving both the body and mind time to fully relax, recharge and absorb the benefits of the practice.

It was wonderful to see everyone leave standing a little taller, moving more freely, and looking so relaxed.

Thank you all for your energy, effort and smiles. I love sharing these workshops with such a supportive community. 💚

What a beautiful evening we shared. ✨

Two hours of slowing down, breathing deeply, releasing tension, and simply allowing ourselves to rest. Somehow, those two hours always seem to pass far too quickly.

Thank you to everyone who joined this evening’s Restorative Yoga Workshop. Your willingness to pause, be present, and gift yourself this time is what makes these evenings so special.

It’s always a privilege to hold this space for you, and seeing everyone leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected is the greatest reward.

What a beautiful 2-hour candlelight restorative yoga workshop last night🌙🕯️

So much stillness, soft movement, deep rest and quiet connection.

Thank you to everyone who came and gifted themselves this time to slow down, breathe, and simply be. Your energy made the space feel calm, grounded, and full of warmth.

This group shows up week after week—and when life gets in the way and someone misses a class, that’s often when they realise just how much the practice supports them.

Yoga isn’t just about poses. It’s about resilience, softening where there was tension, quietening the inner “you should” and “you can’t”, and learning to speak more kindly to ourselves.

What we learn on the mat goes with us into daily life—where we need it most.
