✨ One of my favourite tools for deep skin cleansing? Cavitation peeling.

It’s one of the most underrated treatments in the beauty industry, yet it creates the foundation for healthy, beautiful skin. 💆‍♀️

I strongly believe that skin should be treated on multiple levels—not just by continuously adding more products or chasing quick fixes. That’s why every client in my salon starts with improving their skin quality first. 🌿

If the skin is congested, inflamed, or lacking proper care, I simply can’t recommend jumping straight into invasive treatments. Especially fillers, which have never been my favourite approach. In my opinion, they often offer a quick and inexpensive solution for those seeking instant results without considering the long-term effects.

Beautiful skin requires patience, consistency, and a holistic approach: proper skincare, a healthy diet, supplementation, exercise, and avoiding harmful habits. ✨

There are no shortcuts to truly healthy skin.
