Happy Monday..
Im Kim, Human and Equine Bowen Practitioner and Reflexologist..

This week I’ve had some great results with a post cancer patient, who had lymph nodes removed in her pelvis and was having trouble with lymphatic drainage in her legs.
x3 reflexology treatments later and it seems to be having very noticeable and lasting results, the lady is now much more comfortable and very pleased as it was affecting the quality of her life.

Also had a lady with a very painful shoulder which had also become very restricted movement wise, forcing her to stop doing her Archery.
She came back for a top up treatment 3 months after her initial course, and said she’s now performing better than ever in her competitions.

Happy Monday..
Im Kim, Human and Equine Bowen Practitioner and Reflexologist..

Had a very busy week last week balancing bodies with both Bowen and Reflexology.. treatment’s were ranging from, post cancer care treatment for anxiety, fatigue, pain and insomnia with Reflexology..the lady felt a huge amount of relief after just one session…she is having treatment no2 this week.
And long term aches, pains, misalignment and headaches from long hours working in front of a computer, sorted in 4 Bowen sessions (over 4 weeks)..with a follow up in a few weeks.
Also a lady with arthritic joint pain, swelling and misalignment very much improved after 3 Bowen treatments, with a follow up in 2-3 weeks.🙌❤️
All were very pleased with big smiles after their treatments…amaazing!!

A double-blind randomised controlled trial (the gold standard in research) looked at what happens in the body during a reflexology session.

Researchers measured real-time cardiovascular responses in healthy volunteers and found:
✔️ Immediate changes in haemodynamics (how blood flows through the body)
✔️ A measurable effect on cardiac function, specifically the cardiac index
✔️ Effects observed during targeted reflexology on foot areas linked to the heart

In simple terms?

Happy Monday all..
Hi..Im Kim,

As you can probably see, I’m an avid animal lover do feel free to post pics of your pets below to brighten up everyones Monday!🥰

This past week I’ve treated a variety of conditions with both Bowen and Reflexology..
(Including the gorgeous horse below🐴⬇️)

🌿Had a lovely lady with a totally locked up back, who had difficulty even getting on the couch.. I treated with both reflex to initiate relaxation so she was comfortable on the couch, then Bowen to really get in there and start the relax, release, realigning and balancing process..in Bowen’s gentle but powerful way 🙌
(if it can align and balance a horses posture it can do the same for you!☺️)
🌿She’s taking it slowly but can now move around with much more ease, which will improve over the coming days, and she will have a follow up soon.
