Behind every major sporting event is a team of people helping to keep athletes performing at their best.

At this year's Commonwealth Games, our Helping Hand Service team members Stuart and Will worked alongside their mentor Shaun and the RGK team to provide specialist wheelchair servicing and repairs throughout the competition.

Their technical expertise, specialist training and calm approach meant athletes could have complete confidence that their equipment was in safe hands, whether it was routine maintenance or a repair during the event.

It's a great example of the value of collaboration across the Sunrise Medical family. By bringing together the skills of the Helping Hand Service team and RGK, we were able to provide the level of support that elite sport demands.

Much of this work happens behind the scenes, but it's an important reminder that great service goes far beyond the workshop. Supporting athletes on one of the biggest stages in disability sport reflects the knowledge, professionalism and commitment our Service team brings to every job, every day.

Well done to Stuart, Will, Shaun and everyone involved in making the event such a success.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the NAEP 2026 event at Chesford Grange such a success.

Our team thoroughly enjoyed attending, listening to the insightful presentations, and hearing about the latest developments across the sector. Events like these are a great opportunity to share knowledge, spark new ideas, and strengthen professional connections.

It was especially rewarding to catch up with many of our existing clients and to meet new faces interested in learning more about Helping Hand and how we support occupational therapists and healthcare professionals.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with us. We appreciate the conversations, the connections we've made, and look forward to working together in the future.

Great to be part of the Helping Hand SymmetriSleep roadshow in Rochester yesterday - what a fantastic event!

It was brilliant to see so many clinicians and OTs come together to explore the updated Sleep System. The team did an excellent job showcasing how the system continues to evolve while maintaining its position as the market leader in postural support for sleep.

Opportunities like this to share knowledge, see innovations first-hand, and connect with others in the field are invaluable. Looking forward to seeing how these updates continue to support better outcomes for the people we work with.
