Some people come to Canford Manor expecting to stay for a few months.

Fourteen years later, Vicky is still here. 💙

After joining as a carer with no previous experience, she quickly discovered something special. A place where residents become like family, colleagues support one another and everyone, from the care team to the office staff, plays a part in making residents and their loved ones feel safe, supported and genuinely cared for.

It's that family atmosphere that has made Canford Manor home for Vicky, and why she wouldn't want to work anywhere else. 💫
