Hi everyone,

I’m Joe, a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Complex Behaviour Consultant specialising in ADHD, autism, PDA and complex behaviour in children and adults.

I work with children (sometimes as young as 4, depending on communication style and presentation), teenagers, adults and parents to understand what is driving behaviour and put a clear plan in place to resolve difficulties.

Depending on the situation, this might involve working 1:1 with a child or adult, supporting parents directly, or working together as a family unit to address challenges linked to neurodivergence, behaviour, family dynamics and parenting difficulties.

My dog gets me moving whether I want to or not. 😂 Once I get out of the house for a walk I often feel so much better. Has anyone noticed if you get stuck in the house, your brain starts to ruminate?
