Client unable to lift arms fully above the head. Couple of reasons, tight lateral muscles , tight deltoids and tight traps contribute to this. Full range of motion restored.

Shoulder restriction and pain for this one. The lateral muscle and traps were the main issue here . After one hour of treatment , full mobility restored and pain 90% better.

Client came in saying her left leg was hurting . That’s because the right leg was tight and then making the left leg over compensate. So as the right leg was worked on the glutes were back in line . We then finished off with the left side.

Have one shoulder that looks lower than the other ? Then you’ll be surprised it’s not shoulder problem it’s actually leg and hip issue. One side of the body becomes too tight and it will pull you across.

Back pain for this one because the right leg is over worked. left glute raised up and over working to compensate for the right hand side. Fixed the alignment in 1 session .

Are you having Shoulder pain thats in the front of your shoulder (front deltoid ) ?

Then it’s not coming from your shoulder it’s coming from your bicep.

As you can see Umar was complaining about his front deltoid in pain when bench pressing, look what came out of his bicep.

We then cleared the rest of his shoulder and back out.
