Celebrating little successes!
ππ«
I think this is a great reminder because often we find ourselves under pressure when we try so hard to change habits or improve mobility or our wellbeing. Especially when we see on social media what others do and what looks like perfection to us. We then aim for the perfection but it should not be about perfection!
I think it's more important to focus on progress and about celebrating individual successes because they're the ones that motivate us!
Maybe you have an exercise you were not be able to do and with repetition and practices you got better every day and then finally achieve this particular exercise.
That's the moment to celebrate, because that's what then drives you to continue and it gives you motivation to know that if you were not able to do this a while ago but now
you can reach this far, you can go even further in you next step!
It tells you that because you've set your mind to it and you really focused, you achieve it! Doesn't it feel great?

When you celebrate the little success, it helps you achieve greater things.
So remember, if you have plans to improve your wellbeing, maybe to be more flexible, to achieve more movement, or to reduce pain or discromfort in your body, celebrate the little steps of success!
Aim for progress not perfection.
