Half term was a fabulous jam packed affair this year☀️
More ice cream.
More pizza.
More sunshine.
More alcohol.
And a festival thrown in for good measure.
Would I want every week to look like that?
Nope.
Because I genuinely love feeling energised, strong and symptom-free.
But do I regret any of it?
Not for a second.
One of the biggest things I teach my clients is that sustainable weight loss in perimenopause and menopause is not about being perfect.
It's about being consistent.
Some weeks get stretched a little more than others.
Some weeks are about making memories.
Some weeks you coast.
Some weeks you put your foot on the gas.
And sometimes you do a little bit of both.
What matters is that you don't let one week turn into:
"I've ruined everything."
Because one indulgent week doesn't undo years of healthy habits.
Just like one healthy week doesn't transform your health overnight.
It's what you do consistently that matters most.
