Join me for a nourishing Spring Reset — a 2-hour mini retreat designed to help you release what feels heavy, reconnect to yourself, and step into the new season feeling lighter and clearer.

We’ll begin with a calming arrival ritual, move through an energising spring flow to awaken the body, soften into guided reflection and a gentle letting-go ceremony, and finish with a deeply restorative yoga nidra meditation.
