Well I’m back from a fabulous 10day holiday in the south of England, beautiful places , people & experiences!! Brighton , the mr nick cave , Poole , port Isaac , helicopter, zip lines , Eden project & so much more !! Back to life as normal but in the beautiful sun ☀️ it’s easier 🐝🤩😎😎 see you all in groups this week 🌻🎉💐

Another great achievement

At his heaviest, Graham struggled to fit through the turnstiles when watching his beloved Ipswich Town and gave up going to matches 💔. Now, he’s an astonishing 17st (108kg) lighter after losing half his body weight – and says he feels 20 years younger. Hi I’m Richard I lost 3st 9lb with slimming world 20 years ago & I’ve kept every lb off by attending group weekly ,

I haven’t had heart burn for 20 years !!

I’ve been able to enjoy holidays abroad in the without dreading the heat !!

I walk 3 miles a day to work and do a physical job & walk home at 65 !! Younger men at my work are shocked that I do it daily !!

Staying to group with my beautiful wife of 30 years who lost 6st in group & is my biggest supporter she’s also been in target for 20 years too !!

Staying to group for the learning , fun , community sprit & friends made has been life changing!!
