Hello Everyone, I am here every Tuesday evening at the beautiful Otley studio teaching a Mixed Level Pilates Class followed by a Slow Flow Yoga Class.

In Pilates you will learn to:

πΈ The Pilates Principles; Alignment, Core engagement, Breathing, Shoulder Connection, Flow, Relaxation and Concentration.
πΈ Improve your posture, strength, stability, balance, co-ordination, flexibility and mobility as well as prevent injuries.
πΈ Strengthen your deep core muscles.
πΈ Let go of unwanted tensions inside the body and feel relaxed.
You're welcome to bring your own mat, but there are mats and blocks also available at the studio.
