Happy Employee Ownership Day! 💛

As a VOICE Rep, Magda is one of the colleagues who makes sure your voice is heard – right up to Board level.

This is what working at Be Caring looks like. 💙

Myra had one wish: a trip to the hairdresser to meet a friend. Vicky, Myra's regular Care Worker, arranged the appointment and accompanied Myra to the salon. Nobody asked her to. She did it because she knows Myra, knows what matters to her, and cares. That is the kind of person she is, and exactly the kind of person who thrives at Be Caring.

Vicky, you are an absolute credit to our Leeds team. Thank you. 👏

What a morning in Leeds! 🌟

Today our Be Caring Leeds team headed to the Women Into Work Jobs Fair at The Hive, Leeds Beckett University - hosted by Smart Works Leeds.

Smart Works is one of our favourite organisations doing some of the most meaningful work in our city - helping women build confidence, prepare for interviews, and find employment that changes their lives. Getting to be in a room full of women taking that next step today was brilliant, and we were proud to be there.

💙 Be Caring Leeds is proud to sponsor Tingley RunFIT!

We are really excited to share that our Be Caring Leeds branch is sponsoring local run group, Tingley Run FIT!

Tingley RunFIT has been bringing people together since 2016, offering safe, welcoming weekly runs for all abilities - from complete beginners to marathon runners. With qualified Run Leaders and a brilliant ethos of nobody ever getting left behind, it is so much more than just a run group. Whether members are looking to get fitter, hit a race goal, enjoy the social side, or simply benefit from getting outside and being around others - there is a place for everyone at TRF.

Be Caring’s sponsorship will go towards training more Run Leaders, meaning more spaces and more availability for people in the local community to get involved.

And to celebrate, Tingley RunFIT will be organising a run starting right from our Beeston office - watch this space for more details! 🏃💙
