Bio

Gemma is a HCPC-registered podiatrist and founder of Leeds Podiatry Services, providing professional foot care and podiatry treatments. 

Since qualifying, she has developed experience across all aspects of podiatric care, with a particular interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) podiatry, rehabilitation, and preventative foot health. Gemma offers comprehensive routine podiatry, including nail care, corn and callus removal, and diabetic foot health,  as well as assessment and management of common foot and lower limb pain, such as heel pain, plantar fasciitis, and forefoot discomfort.

Her approach combines biomechanical assessment, orthotic therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation to help clients stay active, comfortable, and pain-free. Gemma is passionate about supporting people to move with confidence and maintain healthy feet for life.

Outside of clinic, Gemma enjoys spending time with her 2 children, staying active, and continuously developing her clinical skills in advanced podiatry and aesthetic foot care.

A sound bath is a passive, immersive meditative experience where participants lie down and are "bathed" in sound waves and vibrations. These are generated by instruments like crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The goal is to calm the nervous system and promote deep mental and physical relaxation.

Jo is the heart behind Soulstice Wellness.

She is a qualified Reiki Master and holistic therapist, offering a range of healing therapies designed to restore balance, calm the mind and nurture the whole person — body, mind and spirit.

Since beginning her practice in 2024, she has had the privilege of supporting clients on their wellness journeys through:

– Reiki — gentle energy healing to restore balance and calm
– Reflexology — therapeutic foot treatment supporting the whole body
– Holistic Massage — nurturing full body treatment for deep relaxation
– Sound Healing — immersive therapeutic sound to release tension and restore peace Sound Healing Massage — a deeply restorative combination of sound and touch

Her ethos is simple — to create a warm, safe and nurturing space where every client can slow down, let go and come back to themselves.

She works predominantly with women, with male clients welcome by referral.
