A warm welcome to Nat, our new Clinic Manager.

Nat joins Élan Clinic with 18 years of experience as an Operating Department Practitioner within a surgical setting, bringing a strong background in patient safety, clinical standards and team management.

Her role is focused on helping the clinic run safely and smoothly every day, supporting the team, strengthening our internal processes and helping us continue to raise the standard of client care.

Nat will also be supporting our next steps as we work towards CQC registration, helping us implement clear procedures, safer systems and best practice across the clinic.

This is an important step for Élan Clinic as we continue to grow with safety, professionalism and client wellbeing at the centre of everything we do.
