North Leeds Physiotherapy North Leeds Physiotherapy is a small, private practice based in Adel that is respected for professional advice and a tailored, personal service.

Sarah Beldon MCSP HCPC established North Leeds Physiotherapy in 2000 with the aim of providing a tailored, personal service to her clients based on the belief that privacy is of paramount importance when dealing with individuals. Helping people affected by injury, illness or disability Sarah uses movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice to treat people of all ages with all kinds

of pain and discomfort. While Physiotherapy is a science-based profession, Sarah is keen to not overwhelm patients with scientific talk but rather treat each person on a case-by-case basis ensuring full understanding. Sarah treats athletes, including footballers and cyclists, as well as those suffering from back pain, joint problems, arthritic pain, whiplash and work-related problems (posture and lifting). Update on clinic / Pilates

Following the government’s lifting of restrictions I have decided to maintain the same policy of patients wearing a mask in the clinic and also in/out of Pilates classes.
Cleaning also remains vital and use of full PPE by me!
Many of my patients are fit and well but I do treat clinically vulnerable patients and my care for them is crucial.

I hope everyone understands my decision making.

Your continued support of both my physio clinic and classes is appreciated.

Pilates starting in September :-

I run mat based Pilates sessions at The Stables in Adel, LS16.

I have a couple of spaces available.
Monday 9.30am one space
Monday 11.30am 2 spaces
Monday 7.45pm one space (TAKEN)
Thursday 1.45pm one space

All classes are kept to low numbers - 9 maximum in a class to be able to correct / watch.

All classes are run covid safe- details available if wanted.
