An immersive experience of gentle , breath, inner listening and deep restorative sound , a space to softly lay down what is no longer needed and return to the subtle.

Our journey begins where all sound begins: in the .
Through a gentle yoga flow, we find our centre and arrive fully in the body.

We move into , gently purifying the inner channels and bringing the solar and lunar currents into quiet balance. From here, we rest in mantra , inhaling in awareness, exhaling with the vibration of Aum , allowing breath, sound and mind to slowly attune to stillness.

As awareness settles into the luminous pause between breaths, a deeper listening begins to awaken , a turning toward Anāhata Nāda, the unstruck sound, the vibration that arises not from contact, but from silence itself.

Supported in restorative shapes, crystal singingbowls create a gentle field of resonance, where outer vibration meets inner quiet. Nothing to do , only to listen, to soften, to receive.

We close with warm green tea, or Binny’s special masala chai, and nourishing vegan bites , a simple ritual to ground, connect and integrate.

A subtle recalibration. A return to the unstruck.

Do it so lightly that even you disappear from the doing.

A glimpse from yesterday’s sound healing retreat
where stories wove themselves into the tapestry of sound, softened breaths, bodies unwound…
and for a moment, there was nothing to hold, nothing to fix, just presence.

And what remained was lightness… and softness ✨🕯️🙏🏼💕

If this found you... Breathe… Read this slowly… Sometimes life doesn’t ask you to be strong…
it asks you to soften.

To pause.
To breathe.
To trust the space in between.

Because not every fall is a breaking,
some are simply an invitation
to remember how to rise.

Come back to your breath.
Again… and again… and again.

wrote these lines as her last will. This “will” reads less like a farewell and more like a distribution of her soul to the world. Every line gives something away , dreams to women who forgot how to dream, laughter to the lonely, colours to the widowed, tears to poets, and even her anger to the youth who will one day challenge the system.

What makes these lines so , especially the last stanza, is the profound humility within it. After giving away everything beautiful, she chooses to take her flaws with her. No excuses, no hiding. Just a quiet acknowledgement that the darkness within us is ours to burn.

It feels like a final act of , a reminder that while we may gift the world our light, our shadows are ours to transform.

Amrita Pritam was not just a poet… she was a revolution in words. One of the most literary voices of the Indian subcontinent, she wrote about love, pain, freedom, , and the wounds of society with a rare honesty. At a time when women were expected to remain silent, she wrote boldly about desire, loss, injustice, and the inner life of women. Her work carried the courage of someone who refused to look away from truth. And perhaps that is why these words resonate with so many of us. Because somewhere in them, we recognise both our wounds and our power. ✨
