Organised by Blood Pressure UK, this is the UK’s biggest free blood pressure testing and awareness event.

🎯 The goal: Help find the millions of people living with undiagnosed high blood pressure.

🏠 The easiest way to keep track: Check your blood pressure at home.

High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but if left untreated, it can lead to heart attacks, strokes and kidney disease.

NHS screening programmes are designed to identify potential health problems before symptoms appear, giving you the best chance of receiving treatment early if needed 🩺

Screening is offered to different groups of people at different stages of life and can help detect conditions such as certain cancers, abdominal aortic aneurysms and other health concerns before they become more serious ⚠️

Most screening tests are quick, simple and free through the NHS 👍

Even if you feel well, it's important to attend when invited. Screening can provide reassurance or help identify problems early, when treatment is often more effective 💙

If you've received a screening invitation, take a few moments to book your appointment. It could make a significant difference to your health and wellbeing 🌟

The Diverse Minds support group was created to provide mental health support while promoting inclusion, education, and understanding for people experiencing mental health challenges and neurodiversity.

The group is both educational and social, offering a safe and welcoming space where people can learn, share experiences, and connect with others. Our overall goal is to help reduce stress and anxiety for individuals with neurodiverse symptoms while building a supportive community.
