🕕 Thursdays 12.30pm - 5.30pm
🕕 Saturdays 11.30am - 4.30pm
💜 Trained support staff who can offer
- immediate support
- a private & confidential space to off load
- connections into the community
- additional signposting and action plans,
to over 18s suffering with issues effecting their mental health.

☕🍳 Men’s Café – Every Friday! 🍳☕

Join us every Friday from 9:00am – 11:00am at Team Hub for our Men’s Only Café.

Enjoy a delicious full English breakfast for just £1.50, which includes toast or bread and a hot tea or coffee.

It’s a great opportunity to enjoy a hearty breakfast, meet new people, have a chat, and connect with others in a friendly and welcoming environment.
