830-9am Weigh In
9-945am Group session

10-1030am Weigh In
1030-1115am Group session

Fresh salads, BBQ favourites and colourful plates and can make healthy eating feel exciting and enjoyable ❤️

One thing I love is that healthy eating doesn't have to mean plain meals or giving up foods you love.
Sometimes it's simply about finding new ideas and making favourite foods work for you 🙌
