Unfortunately we have to report that a theft has taken place within the practice while a member of staff was here by themselves.

This has been reported to the police and thankfully nobody was harmed. The thieves did not get away with much but we wanted to let local residents and businesses know in case there are other incidents in the area and this is part of a pattern.

For the foreseeable future we will be operating a strict appointment only policy, so please call where possible even if only looking to collect lenses or adjustments etc so we know to expect you. The door will be kept locked.
