For our residents who weren't able to attend our first Skegness trip, we decided we just had to go again!
The weather was warm, the fish and chips were tasty and as well as an ice cream there may have been the odd cheeky glass of wine!
Another big thank-you to Jitesh our driver for driving us all the way there and making sure everyone got home safely.
Thank-you to Joseph and Claire for their hard work on the trip making sure all our residents needs and wishes were attended to.
Lastly a thank-you to Mario the donkey for putting huge smiles on everyone's faces!

🌊☀️ What a fantastic day we had at the seaside! ☀️🌊

Our residents had a wonderful day in Skegness, enjoying a stroll along the sandy beach, indulging in delicious fish and chips, ice cream, and for some, tasty fresh seafood! 🐟🍦🦐

One of the highlights of the day was the opportunity to pet some friendly donkeys, which brought lots of smiles and happy memories. 🫏💙

A huge thank you to Chloe and Emily for assisting and caring for our lovely residents throughout the day. We would also like to give a special thank you to Jitesh for being our designated driver and spending the day with us, helping to make everything run smoothly. 🚐👏

It was especially heartwarming to see some family members travel down to Skegness to spend quality time with their dad, creating precious memories together. ❤️

Although the weather wasn't quite as warm as we had hoped, it certainly didn't stop us from having an amazing day filled with laughter, friendship, and unforgettable moments.

Days like these are what making memories is all about! 🌊💙
