Reset my Mind

Reset my Mind Hypnotherapy and NLP, working with adults and kids, tapping into the subconscious for positive change

When your mind is always one step ahead, you are not really present.

You are managing the next thing before this moment has even finished.

It may look productive, but underneath there is often constant pressure.

No pause.
No reset.
No feeling of arrival.

That can become exhausting.

Learning to feel safe in the present can change how your whole life feels.

Tics are involuntary movements or sounds.

They are not a bad habit, a lack of discipline or something a person simply chooses to do.

For many people, tics can become more frequent or intense during periods of stress, anxiety, tiredness or sustained concentration.

The uncertainty can also create frustration, self-consciousness and worry about when the next tic may happen.

Hypnotherapy cannot cure Tourette’s Syndrome and should not replace medical care.

It may, however, offer complementary support by helping calm the nervous system, reduce stress around triggers and build confidence in everyday situations.

The goal is not to blame or suppress the person.

It is to create more calm, understanding and support around their experience.

👉 Contact us privately to ask whether hypnotherapy could complement existing support for tics or Tourette’s.

If relaxing feels harder than working, there is usually a reason.

Your system may be used to solving, managing and staying ahead.

So when things go quiet, stillness can feel unfamiliar rather than peaceful.

That does not mean you are incapable of relaxing.

It means your nervous system may need to relearn that it is safe to stop.

And when that happens, rest begins to feel natural again.

Not all tiredness comes from doing too much.

Sometimes it comes from what is constantly running inside.

Thinking ahead.
Managing everything.
Holding it all together.
Never fully switching off.

So even when your day does not look physically demanding, your mind and body can still feel exhausted.

If your system never rests, you never fully recharge.

That kind of tiredness deserves understanding, not self-criticism.

“How many sessions will I need?” is one of the most common questions people ask before beginning hypnotherapy.

The honest answer is that everyone is different.

Some focused concerns may be addressed in one session.

Other difficulties may be connected to deeper experiences, long-standing patterns or past trauma and could require several sessions.

That is why Reset my Mind does not begin with a fixed package based on assumptions.

The consultation helps explore what you are experiencing, where the issue may be rooted and what level of support could be appropriate.

A clearer plan can then be agreed, with further sessions arranged if they are genuinely needed.

➡️ Send us your questions and begin with a no-pressure conversation about what support may suit you.

Chronic pain is real.

It can affect movement, sleep, energy, concentration and the ability to enjoy everyday life.

But pain is not processed by the body alone.

Stress, emotion, attention and previous experiences can all influence how intense discomfort feels and how difficult it is to manage.

That does not mean the pain is “all in your head.”

It means the mind and body are constantly communicating.

Hypnotherapy may support relaxation, reduce stress around flare-ups and help you develop calmer ways of responding to long-term discomfort.

It should always complement, rather than replace, appropriate medical care.

👉 Message us to discuss whether hypnotherapy could become part of your wider pain-management plan.

A lot of what people call “drive” is actually pressure.

The pressure to get it right.
The pressure to achieve.
The pressure to prove yourself.
The pressure to avoid criticism before it comes.

And for many people, that pressure did not begin in adulthood.

It began in environments where nothing was ever quite enough.
Where approval felt limited.
Where mistakes were noticed more than effort.

Over time, that can become your baseline.

“I’m just hard on myself.”
“I just have high standards.”
“I’m just driven.”

But underneath, there may be a much younger part of you still trying to finally feel enough.

I’ve lived this.
And I see it regularly in the people I work with.

It can change when you understand where it actually came from.

Allergy symptoms are physical and should always be assessed and managed with appropriate medical support.

But the experience of living with allergies can also affect how you feel mentally.

You may start anticipating symptoms before leaving home.

You may feel anxious about pollen, particular environments or how your body could respond.

That additional stress can make an already uncomfortable experience feel even more overwhelming.

Hypnotherapy and NLP do not cure allergies.

They may, however, help you manage some of the anxiety, fear and heightened alertness surrounding non-life-threatening symptoms.

The aim is to help you feel calmer, more comfortable and less controlled by the anticipation of a reaction.

➡️ Send us a private message to ask how hypnotherapy could complement your existing allergy care.

Feeling on edge when nothing is happening can be so confusing.

Your body feels like something is about to go wrong, but there is no obvious threat.

That alertness often comes from earlier environments where you had to stay aware, read people or anticipate what might happen next.

Your system adapted.

But just because it learned that pattern does not mean it has to keep living there.

Your body can learn a new kind of safety.

Overthinking is rarely about being bad at decisions.

It is usually about trying to feel safe with the decision.

Your mind keeps replaying, checking and analysing because part of you is trying to avoid getting it wrong.

That does not make you weak.
It makes sense.

But thinking harder is not always the answer.

Sometimes the real shift comes from working with the deeper pattern underneath the overthinking.
