🌿 Mindfulness and Nurse Wellbeing 🌿
As part of my studies in Public Health, I recently explored the evidence surrounding mindfulness-based interventions and their role in supporting nurse wellbeing.
Nurses dedicate their lives to caring for others, often working under significant pressure, emotional demands and increasing workloads. Supporting their mental and emotional wellbeing is becoming an increasingly important public health priority.
Research suggests that mindfulness practices may help reduce stress, support emotional resilience, enhance self-compassion and improve overall wellbeing among healthcare professionals.
As a Mindfulness Practitioner, Holistic Therapist and MPH student, I am passionate about exploring evidence-based approaches that support wellbeing, resilience and personal growth.
I believe that caring for those who care for others is essential for healthier workplaces, healthier communities and better health outcomes for all.
