My name is Kelly Almond-Lundy and I am a fully qualified, accredited, person-centred counsellor and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). This means I follow a strict code of ethics (including monthly supervision) to ensure safe practice..that's your safety as well as mine. I work with individual adults and offer couple's counselling too. I am also a quali

fied yoga teacher and like to incorporate breathing (pranayama) techniques into my counselling work. I have previously been a tutor on several level 4 Diplomas in Therapeutic Counselling in both private settings and at a local FE college; teaching adults, both a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling skills and a Level 4 Diploma. I currently teach a level 3 certificate in counselling studies. I have experience of working in the following areas, including not limited to:

Stress
Anxiety
Bereavement
Relationship issues
Sexuality
Low self-esteem
Depression
Parent/Child concerns
Baby Loss
Bullying
Infertility
Abuse
Affairs and Betrayal

As part of my ethical practice, I endeavor to expand my knowledge on a range of issues and make sure I attend workshops and courses on a regular basis. (Continued Professional Development)
