Yoga with Elaine Vinyasa flow yoga in Leicester My name is Elaine and I am a yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, and have practiced yoga for over 20 years.

I also have experience of teaching yoga to individuals with visual impairments. I believe yoga should be available to all, and not require expensive leggings. I aim to provide community based friendly and affordable yoga to everyone. Whether you are beginning on your yoga journey, looking to improve your practice or on a path of rehab from an injury I am available to help. I run two group classes

on a Monday and Thursday in our amazing local community space the Enderby Village Institute. I am also available for private tuition. My classes are more like groups of friends and there is always a welcoming environment.
