I'm teaching Thai Foot Massage in a few weeks so I could do with a few people to treat beforehand to refresh my skills!

This is a gorgeous treatment consisting of:

✨Hot aromatherapy towels on the feet while you relax on the heated bed

✨Leg and foot stretches to release blocked energy.

✨ A small, rounded wooden reflexology tool is used to stimulate specific acupressure points to calm and release tension and balance energy.

✨Soothing leg and foot massage while you drift off into relaxation and your nervous system begins to reset.

✨Excellent for relieving tension, increasing circulation and inducing a deep sense of peace .
