Delighted that X&Y Fertility was able to co-author this important paper. When adults find out for the first time that they have an XXY karyotype, this information needs to be carefully given, with utmost empathy.

This diagnosis usually follows a semen analysis that shows azoospermia, which will also be unexpected information for the couple.

There are options to help people with XXY/Klinefelter's Syndrome to achieve parenthood, and clinics need to provide all information and support couples so that they can make informed choices.

To disseminate research and clinical information in all areas of reproduction, especially in the Asia-Pacific Region.

It was an honour to be invited to give a talk about fertility options to the Klinefelter's Syndrome Association annual meeting this weekend in Coventry.

I also finally met up with Landy having previously met many times on Zoom.

As part of X&Y Fertility's sustainability ethos, I cycled to and from the conference from Leicester. This is also part of training for the cycle ride in July from Newport to London. We're raising funds for the KSA, so if you'd like to support, please see this link🙏

Just arrived in having cycled from after a busy day at X&Y Fertility😃
Two reasons for cycling to Coventry:
1) the fabulous Klinefelter's Syndrome Association annual conference takes place tomorrow and Sunday👍I've been invited to speak on and provide an update on the procedure.
2) this is a practice cycle for epic 🚲from 2-4 July, when our team will be cycling from Newport🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 to the Excel venue in London's docklands. This is members of the British Fertility Society cycling to the ESHRE - European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology annual conference - and yes, we know it's in the UK this year😆

This is a nice surprise - X&Y Fertility has been nominated for the JustGiving Awards 2026. We raised over £1600 for the Klinefelter's Syndrome Association last year by cycling from London to Paris.
Not sure if we'll win but nice to be nominated!👍
