We are very excited to welcome another new Physio to the team 🌻

Ish*ta is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Sports Science and Health from Loughborough University.
She has experience working across musculoskeletal and sports settings, and takes a patient-centric approach to every case, combining evidence-based practice with genuine care for her patients’ long-term wellbeing.
She is passionate about helping people move and feel better, and looks forward to supporting our patients on their recovery journey.

Ish*ta will be in clinic every Sunday and you can book an appointment online via our website.

Aarti – Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

With over 15 years of NHS experience, Aarti is a highly skilled Clinical Lead Physiotherapist dedicated to helping people improve their mobility, manage pain, and maintain their independence. Since qualifying in 2010, she has worked across acute hospitals, musculoskeletal (MSK) services, and community healthcare settings, caring for patients with a wide range of conditions.

Aarti is HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), providing reassurance that all care is delivered to the highest professional standards.

She has a special interest in domiciliary physiotherapy, providing expert assessment and treatment in patients' own homes. Aarti is particularly passionate about supporting housebound individuals who have become deconditioned, are experiencing musculoskeletal pain, or need help regaining confidence and independence in their daily activities. Her compassionate and personalised approach helps patients achieve meaningful improvements in their function, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We are very excited to welcome Alex to the team who will be carrying out a bimonthly injection clinic offering Steroid and Ostenil injections.

Alex qualified with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 1999 and has worked in the NHS, private sector and in occupational health since, working exclusively in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy for the last 20 years.

Having experience in a range of clinical settings, her interest and passion now lies within Primary Care, and developing and delivering an effective musculoskeletal first contact assessment, diagnostic and management service.
Alex completed her FCP accreditation via the portfolio route and has since gone on to become a Health Education England accredited FCP Clinical Supervisor.

She combines her clinical work with an FCP lead role in which she supervises and mentors an expanding team of FCPs based in the Midlands.

Alex is qualified and experienced independent non-medical prescriber and musculoskeletal injection therapist and has used these skills as part of her clinical practice for the last 10 years. She uses injection therapy to treat a wide range of conditions including arthritis of the knees, tennis elbow and frozen shoulder.
