SARAH RANSOME BSc MCSP (Physiotherapy, Exercise Prescription, Neurology Rehab)

Sarah Graduated with a First Class Honours degree from the University of Leicester in 2024.

She currently works full time in the NHS and does private work at Oadby House Clinic on evenings and weeknds.

Her experience spans Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy, Trauma and Orthopaedics, A&E, Stroke Rehabilitation and Neurological Rehabilitation. Within these areas, she has worked with patients experiencing a wide range of injuries, pain, neurological conditions and mobility difficulties, supporting them through recovery, rehabilitation and return to everyday activities with hands on therapy and exercise prescription.
Sarah is passionate about helping people understand their condition, regain confidence in their movement and achieve their individual goals.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Sarah either running, cycling, swimming or playing hockey. She simply can’t sit still and loves a chat about anything sport related !

Really pleased to welcome Twinkle Patel to our Team. She will be doing Home Visits across Leicestershire and one clinic morning.
Twinkle graduated in 2013 from the
JG College of Physiotherapy (Gujarat
University). She is a passionate empathetic Physiotherapist with expertise across Musculoskeletal & Orthopaedics, Neurology, Paediatrics, Geriatrics and Cardiac rehabilitation.
She has experience working within various settings including the NHS, GP surgeries and Private practice. She has vast experience managing complex patients, conducting detailed assessments, developing personalised rehabilitation plans and working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Twinkle uses evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning to form her treatment plans with a strong focus on pain relief, functional recovery and long-term independence.
Beyond physiotherapy: Twinkle is a proud new mum, embracing the beautiful chaos of motherhood while continuing to grow professionally. She loves travelling, exploring new places and creating memories

I’ve suffered with Hayfever all my life but for the last two years I’ve had acupuncture with Nichelle and it’s been life changing. This year I’m having cosmetic acupuncture as well to boost collagen production and reduce fine lines. This is how I spent my morning. No fillers or long term antihistamines for me. I look like something out of a horror film though with the needles all in my face 😱

*ANOTHER LOVELY REVIEW FOR JO FROM ANOTHER PATIENT THAT RAN THE LONDON MARATHON* Dear Jo I wanted to let you know that I completed the London Marathon, it was an incredible day and I think I am only just beginning to process it now ! I finished in 4.30.05 in the “good for my age” category so I am really happy with that. I And my knee was good ! Thank you so much for your help and support, not only did you help my knee recovery but you gave me help to prepare for the run and you were very reassuring.Many thanks and very best wishes. Sally
