I will be joining a group of facilitators this coming Saturday for an amazing retreat day x this is a mixed retreat day - where we come together to set intentions and have a magical day where you can really recharge your battery ..
Come find special time to be with yourself be held . There will be a variety of wellbeing activities yoga breathwork sound ceremony and sauna and ice bath for those that wish to join in x
We will have time in groups of men and women and well as mixed activities x

As a woman navigating midlife and all the challenges and growth this era of my life has brought- the lived experience of honouring my cyclical nature is humbling .
As females we go through many huge transitions in our life menarche motherhood sovereign woman /menopause crone - and these come with hormonal shifts and psycho spiritual adjustments . Deep shamanic initiation over and over - and society needs to hear us .. we need space and time .. the feminine can stand in her creative power if she has support - from other sisters .. and from the masculine within and without . -it’s deep .

I have been privileged this last week to facilitate workshops for girls in schools - Sharing the wisdom of the menstrual cycle - and the cyclical nature of our being ness. Learning to be in our body and listen deeply .

Knowing our emotions change with our hormones and honouring all of ourselves - our joy, our expression ,our grief ,our rage. Empowering young girls to allow it all - to know that the anger is healthy and normal if used to set healthy boundaries . The tears are part of the shedding the letting go ..

-supporting and encouraging each other - knowing we are stronger together than alone

Sharing gratitude practice - despacho - it bought tears to my eyes to listen to the girls prayers - for themselves for their friends and family and or humanity ..the youngsters have so much wisdom and consciousness already.

We did some yoga and breathwork to connect more deeply to our bodies and connect to Mother Earth - we are not separate from her and drumming connecting our heartbeat to the beat of Mother Earth before deeply relaxing with sacred sound ceremony .

So much more to say but deeply grateful for this time with the girls and Sharing the wisdom of the womb and 😘 Mother Earth
