By working with CareCubed, IBC HealthCare helped create a more transparent, consistent approach to care costing—enabling stronger partnerships between providers and commissioners.

Together, we’ve delivered:
✅ More consistent and evidence-based decision-making
✅ Greater transparency in care pricing
✅ Right-sized care packages that better meet individual needs
✅ ~£364k annual savings from just two cases

There’s nothing better than seeing the people we support genuinely enjoying the world around them 🐎

Recently, R spent time visiting horses – an experience perfectly suited to his sensory needs. As a big sensory seeker, the movement, textures and calm environment helped him feel regulated, engaged and completely at ease.

These moments aren’t just “nice days out”. They’re meaningful, therapeutic experiences, thoughtfully tailored to each individual. Supporting people to access what truly works for them is at the heart of what we do every day.

Safe to say, this one was a huge success 🧡💙

This week is all about celebrating people with learning disabilities – their voices, their talents, and their right to live the life they choose.

At IBC, this isn’t something we shine a light on just once a year. Every week, we’re proud to celebrate the amazing people we support — recognising their achievements, sharing their stories, and championing their independence.

From big milestones to everyday moments, we see first-hand the strength, individuality, and joy each person brings. Learning Disability Week gives us a national moment to reflect, but our commitment continues all year round.

We're proud to share our Quality Account for 2025–26 — an honest account of what we've achieved this year, and where we're headed next. 🧡

This has been a year of real depth. A year where we've moved beyond building the foundations of quality and started truly embedding them — in the daily lives of the people we support, and in the practice of every team across iBC.

Some of the highlights:

✅ 100% GOOD CQC rating maintained across all rated services
📈 480% increase in quality support visits — from 17 to 99
📉 34% reduction in total safety incidents year-on-year
🧠 Our Therapeutic Framework launched, unifying PBS and Mental Health support
💻 Electronic recording and incident management now fully embedded across all services

Behind every one of these numbers is a person. GT, who has built confidence and independence in his supported living home. H, who stepped up as an Honorary Recruiter at our careers event. The teams at Fordrough Cottage, Supported Living North, and Supported Living Nottinghamshire, who achieved our internal quality benchmark.
