🌞 Have your say on new sunbed safety rules! 🌞
The government has launched a 12-week consultation to strengthen regulations around commercial sunbeds and better protect children and young people.

Proposals include:
🔒 Mandatory ID checks
🚫 Banning unsupervised ‘tap and tan’ systems
⚠️ Clearer health warnings
❌ Cracking down on misleading claims (like sunbeds helping with weight loss or preventing sunburn!)

New rules could be introduced as early as 2027. The consultation closes on 14 August.
