Another really powerful session. I’m sooo proud of the new guys in my break out group for their vulnerability and honesty, it’s not easy to walk through those doors let alone to actually speak but I take my hat off to each and everyone that came tonight for allowing that safe space to remain safe for all of us .. if anyone is thinking “is this for me” then maybe it is .. give it a go. I’ve never known anyone gonna feeling worse than they came in ..
turning sad souls to lifelong friends

Tonight, like every week, was raw and full of emotion. It’s never easy to open up and share your feelings, especially when you have something to get out but you hold back. I know this myself.
Each week, I find something I can relate to, just as others do. This connection allows others to feel comfortable and encourages them to open up. Today, I shared my thoughts on fatherhood. I wasn’t looking for an answer but simply wanted to get things off my chest. The group’s response was overwhelmingly supportive and full of great advice.
I love the openness and trust that’s built among the peers in the group. I see the pain on their faces and feel it too. Together, we build strong bonds that help us get through another day. And we walk out with the weight lifted.
Courage, togetherness, pride, and friendship are this week’s words. I am truly proud of every single one of the guys this evening and every week.

Tonight we had 17 men turn up, one of whom took that incredibly brave step of coming through the door for the very first time.
The conversations were raw, honest, and straight from the heart. To have a safe space to talk about feelings is rare for a bloke. To be able to do that without judgment or condemnation is a special thing indeed.
Yes, there were tears, but there was much laughter too. I, for one, left feeling lighter than when I walked in!! What an absolute privilege to spend a couple of hours with some of the bravest and strongest men I’ve ever met.
I salute every single one of you. If you read this and think, “I wonder if this would be beneficial to me,” I would urge you to come and try MMM out for yourself. You’ll find there’s no pressure to talk, and you never know your very presence may help someone else. For me, it’s what Fridays are all about, and I go into the weekend feeling great!!! 👍
