How has everyone found the energies?
Seems many had a challenging and insightful lionsgate few weeks.

The energy has been high , so the earth has responded in absorbing these energies .
The fire element has been very much letting itself be known. Droughts, fires, earthquakes.

People are finding their bodies are letting them know about the upgrades as we release at a deeper and more cellular level. Allow in these coming days emotions, thoughts, past connections to leave as we make space for new more positive ways of thinking and being.

Hydrate, rest , journal, go onwards so as to hear the messeges and spirit prompts.

Blessed lammas / lughnasadh .

Mother earth , grandfather sun. Thank you, thank you , 13 thank you for all you provide.
Thank you for the food, thank you for the seeds to gather and dry and replant.
Thank you for the medicines , the clothing, the materials for our homes.

Thank you to the sun, the source of all life on this planet. Thank you for your warmth, your light from which everything is nourished and grows.

We are all connected . We are all one.

Working with nettle spirit is very powerful.
It is said that in the older days shaman would on purposely roll in or put parts of their bodies through the nettles to get the nettle sting. Transmuting the sting helps them to commune with the nettle spirits. It was a form of trial to give something back to the plant world and to help integrate and work with the nettle medicine at a deeper level.

Nettle is a very underrated medicine that is now seen as a " w**d"

I will be beginning a distance learning course in October that will help you to connect shamanic ally with different plants, trees, herbs and flowers.

It will be experiential and involve hands on creating and working in depth with a different plant / tree spirit each month .

In these times of uncertainty and great change, remember we are never alone.

When we feel that we are powerless and afraid or sad or angry, remember to pray.
Prayer is a way of opening to spirit. It is a conversation that is between you and who you are talking to.

During this communion you can ask for strength, stamina, peace. It is a place of surrendering your will to that of the divine, or of allowing the divine in you to connect to something bigger. Prayer is focused energy set with an intention.
We can prayer for ourselves, our family , our community or for the good of all life.

Through prayer there is always hope, there is always a surrender to your bigger nature, your higher lens, your purest light.

Remember nothing is impossible.
