Is your child already moaning about their school shoes?

Tight school shoes can cause -
👣 Blisters and rubbing
👣 Sore or bruised toenails
👣 Corns and calluses
👣 Toe deformities
👣 Pain in the feet, arches or heels
👣 Numbness or tingling

Here is how you can help your child -
👣 Get your child’s feet measured including width and length
👣 Avoid tight socks and footwear at home, after school.
👣 Blister; keep them clean and covered with a blister plaster
👣 Sore toes/feet; give them a well-deserved rest
👣 Don’t try to force/stretch very tight shoes.
