High-performing clients don’t need more motivation. They need more honesty.

The best coaches aren’t the ones who say yes to everything. They’re the ones who hold the line when emotions, stress, travel, work pressure, and social events start pulling clients away from their goals.

• Holding clients accountable even when they don’t feel like it.
• Prioritising consistency over perfection.
• Challenging excuses without attacking the person.
• Focusing on long-term results, not short-term comfort.
• Leading with confidence when clients need direction.

High performers are used to succeeding in business and life. Sometimes their biggest challenge is accepting that fitness follows the same rules: discipline, patience, and ex*****on.

My job isn’t to be their friend.

My job is to be the coach who helps them achieve what they said they wanted.

The clients who get the best results are often the ones who were able to handle the toughest conversations and still able to execute.

A year in the making just goes to show it’s there for the taking.

When Beth first came to me she hated the gym. Carrying a back injury from being neglected in a small group training environment and suffering with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. We had to rebuild not only a physique but confidence that the gym wasn’t there to make things worse or cause any more harm.

11kg down over the 15 week prep phase. 15.5kg lost over the entire journey.

Beth now has the self confidence, self belief and the skill set to take this as far as she wants.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️

Over eating or placing yourself in a calorie surplus is easily done.

If you’re using foods or ingredients with a high caloric value (oils/nut butters especially)you won’t necessarily recognise the feeling of satiety (feeling full).

Be careful cooking with oils or using them on those BBQ salad dressings this summer 🥗🍺🍖

From a nutrition set up perspective….

Scale your protein in at around 2.2g per kilo of lean mass at first then add fats. Filter your carbs in to add caloric fluctuations.
