I knew I had been living in survival mode for months… and I knew I needed to reset.

Mental exhaustion. Emotional drain. Running on empty.

So I took a few days away two weeks ago — intentionally giving myself the space to pause, breathe, and regulate my nervous system.🌿

It was deeply needed. The kind of pause that changes everything.🤍

Now I’m back in the rhythm of life, and this morning I went to the woods… to continue protecting that sense of calm. To honour what my body and mind need, connected to the energy of the trees, the one that recharges me as a reiki therapist.😊

Lying here, watching the branches dancing above me, I’m choosing myself. Choosing to pause.

I’m choosing to give myself what I offer to others with my practice. 🙏
