∆∆ My Homeopathic Treatment Room ∆∆

In the heart of Battle, East Sussex Rooftops Therapy & Wellbeing Rooms

It was my first official day yesterday. I used the time to set intentions, clear the space and bring in my energy.

It is such a beautiful, calm and serene space filled with natural light but can also be transformed with ambient light.

Excited to have this space to work from to see clients in person for Homeopathic Consultations but I also offer online appointments.

I am here on Fridays from 9am -5pm but also offer appointments in Burwash Common.

We’re so pleased to welcome Delmeza from Lumi 𝔼𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕟𝕔𝕖 Therapies to the growing Rooftops family.

Delmeza is a final-year Homeopathy student, currently completing her professional clinical training and offering consultations as part of her supervised clinical practice.

With a background across healthcare, mental health and wellbeing and complementary therapies, Delmeza brings such a gentle, compassionate and holistic approach to her work. She takes time to understand each person as an individual, creating a warm and confidential space where people can feel genuinely heard and supported.

Delmeza will be offering face-to-face Homeopathy consultations here at Rooftops, as well as online appointments.

We’re really looking forward to having her as part of our lovely team and seeing Lumi Essence Therapies become part of Rooftops. 🤍

☀️ Today marks the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year.

The sun at its highest. Its most powerful. The earth fully alive in its peak season of growth and light.

In nature, nothing rushes to bloom. Every flower, every leaf, every root has unfolded slowly — season by season — to reach this moment of fullness.

Maybe there's something in that for us too. 🌿

Homoeopathy teaches us that healing isn't instant either. It's gentle. Gradual. It works in its own time, in its own rhythm — just like the natural world around us.

Today, as the light reaches its peak, perhaps it's a moment to pause and notice...

🌿A Step into my Greenhouse🌿

I love the outdoors and started growing some of our own organic fruit and veg a couple of years back.

It is so therapeutic. On days where I feel overwhelmed or tired...I go out and just potter in the garden & nurture my veg & plants.

Your own home grown food always has so much flavour. Growing organic, I know exactly what where it comes from.

I don't use any pesticides or herbicides and use rain water where possible and organic seaweed or homemade fertilizers.
