I love this exercise on the Reformer - how I can feel my spine more ‘open’ and elongated, also feeling more space and breath in the back of the ribs and between the shoulder blades.
The lift from my centre picking me up and off my hands - there should be no strain in the wrists.
Why is it called ‘Elephant’?
