I've been putting together a few seasonal massage oil blends, inspired by summer days in Leigh-on-Sea 💛

Each one has been blended by me using essential oils that I love working with, with three different scents to choose from..

🌊 Coastal Calm – Calm & Restful

☀️ Sunshine & Sand – Bright & Uplifting

I love being able to show little differences like this... 🤍
This was my lovely client today after treating the right side of her face, neck and décolleté with manual lymphatic drainage.

I love how subtle, natural changes can be. You can see a little more definition through the RIGHT SIDE of the jawline, less puffiness around the neck and décolleté, and more of the natural muscle and collarbone definition beginning to show.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a very gentle treatment that encourages the movement of lymphatic fluid, helping to reduce fluid retention and support the body's natural drainage pathways.
Every person is different, but I always find these side-by-side comparisons so fascinating because they show what can happen with just one treatment. Just the body's natural response. ✨

My diary is now open for Saturday appointments from July – December 2026 ✨

These appointments do tend to book up well in advance, especially as we head towards autumn & Christmas. If you already know the dates you’d like, it’s always best to lock them in early.
