Thank you to everyone who has sent positive vibes, healing and good wishes. Your many messages of support and checking in on me and how I’m doing have been really appreciated. I feel very blessed to have such amazing friends around me.

Thank you Lesley McPhilimey for being such a wonderful Chauffeuse and always keeping me calm and upbeat.
So, to give you an update. As you know I was scheduled to have my hip surgery on the 8th of August. This was cancelled when they picked up left bundle branch block in the pre-op ECG. Nuffield referred me back to my GP to investigate further.
Yesterday I had a second ECG at the surgery. I get so cross with myself because I suffer from awful white coat syndrome and despite having recorded four days of perfect blood pressure readings, I knew my blood pressure was through the roof as soon as I arrived at the surgery!!! I’m not sure if this does have an effect on the ECG results which are still showing LBBB.
So the next step is to have blood tests on Monday and then I’ll see the doctor towards the end of next week when the results are in. He’ll decide what the next move is.
Apparently many people have this condition without knowing it and it’s often only picked up during a routine ECG. I have absolutely no symptoms at all!!!! No dizziness, passing out, palpitations, chest pains. I thought I was perfectly healthy apart from the hip. All this shouldn’t prevent surgery particularly as it will be done with an epidural not full anaesthetic.
I’m remaining calm and relaxed about the whole thing. I totally believe in divine timing. And in fact – for those of you in Woo Woo Land, like me - I realised that had the surgery gone ahead it would have been at the peak of Lion’s Gate – the 8/8 portal. Interestingly in the spiritual world elective surgery is not advised because of the energies at this time.
It will all happen when it’s meant to happen.
