Natalie Hardman Yoga

Natalie Hardman Yoga Vinyasa Flow | Pregnancy | Mummy & Baby | Children | SEN Children | Yoga Teacher based in Essex. I love that I can combine my two passions - Yoga & Travel.

My interest in Yoga developed over the last 12 years while I was traveling the world as a professional dancer to help increase my strength and flexibility. I’d always been inspired by the Yoga you see in the media... headstands, interesting postures, 90 year old ladies balancing on one arm. But it wasn’t until I succumbed to an injury that I started to experience the many benefits of Yoga for myse

lf. Not only did it aid in my recovery but it also had a sense of keeping me calm through the uncertainty of my dancing career. I began to notice small changes in myself... how i viewed situations differently, the feeling I had after my practice and the way it would set me up for the day ahead to make the most of everything. This intrigued me so much that I started to delve a little deeper into yoga and it was then that I realized I wanted to help other people experience the many benefits of yoga and decided to part take on my Yoga teacher training course with Yoga London. Since completing my training my love and passion for Yoga keeps on growing, I am lucky enough to be teaching full time and continuing to delve further into Yoga and what it has to offer. And that no matter what country you’re in, what language they speak, when you’re on your mat it feels like home and brings everyone together. Yoga is an universal language. Namaste

I don’t know about you but after 1 day of rain and cooler temperatures have given me all the feels for autumn and I’m not mad about it

After what felt like the longest, hottest summer we have had for years I am ready for the change of season and the fresh energy that it brings - the word reset comes to mind

But don’t think big, extravagant, all or nothing changes… more like small little changes you can begin to implement to help you feel more grounded

If you’ve had time away from your mat this is your sign to roll it back out, dust it off and reconnect with yourself

Join me on Tuesdays at 7:45pm to find some time for you, to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself

BREATH SERIES - part one

Most of my classes start lying down, doing… basically nothing in both yoga AND reformer pilates
Just breathing 😌

And I know some people think:
“Shouldn’t we be moving by now?”

But here’s the thing…

Before we stretch, strengthen, or sweat, I want you to arrive
Out of your busy day
Out of your head
And back into your body

A few slow breaths can:
✨ calm your nervous system
✨ release tension you didn’t even know you were holding
✨ help you feel more present

It’s not about “doing it perfectly”
It’s about giving yourself a moment

This is part 1 of my little breath series 🌬️
I’ll be sharing why breathing matters so much—in class and in real life

Save this for later 💾

And tell me… do you ever struggle to switch off? 💭

January 2026… back with a bang!!!

Started the year in Norfolk with some of my favourite people - eating crumble by the sea and catching the most beautiful sunset!

A quick pit stop at for some raw milk and a cheeky raw milk coffee 🤌🏼

Finally got my butt back to one of .stoneley amazing workshops - such a good way to get in the right mindset and be inspired for the year ahead ✨

Do you remember when the sun was shining at the beginning of the month? Wasn’t it glorious ☀️ I got so many awesome walks in and even started a community mindful walking group 🫶🏼

I ate ALOT of good food this month! Can’t beat .leighonsea 👌🏽 Me and the hubs also got in a date to 💕

I made time for me… which is rare but an intention for 2026 so got to lots of classes, got my hair done and was more mindful of my time! It was needed!

And finally… I’ve had the best month of teaching! Full classes, you guys bringing the energy on the reformer but also on the yoga mat too! You guys are the best and I’m so grateful for each and everyone of you!

Here’s to the rest of 2026 - BRING IT ON 🫶🏼✨💕

Teaching reformer Pilates starts before the first exercise

I warm up so I can move freely, cue clearly (even though I still get my left, right, shoulder and elbow wrong every lesson 😂) and give my full attention to the room.
And I build stretch into class so my students feel supported between exercises — because progress comes from quality, not rushing

If you’re looking for thoughtful, well-paced reformer classes, you’ll feel at home here ✨🫶🏼💕
