Yoga in Leigh on Mendip Hatha Yoga class on term time Monday mornings from 10-11.15am at Leigh on Mendip Memorial Hall. All welcome.

I have been practicing Yoga for 35 years and teaching for the last 15. I have trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Mum/Baby Yoga. I offer different options to suit those new to Yoga or more experienced with Yoga.

Last class of the summer on Monday 20th July 10-11.15am at Leigh Memorial Hall. We break for the summer and return on Monday 7th September. If anyone would like to come to Nunney Village Hall and are free Thursday 6-7.15pm for a few Yoga classes in August, get in touch
