Big Man JP Out & About!

Our special client, Big Man JP, has been making the most of the lovely warm weather recently, getting out and about with his Care Professionals and exploring some of our beautiful local parks.

There’s nothing better than seeing JP with a big smile on his face, taking in his surroundings, enjoying the fresh air and simply making the most of his time outdoors.

PIZZA TIME!

Our owner, Tom, today headed down to the Leigh Leopards Foundation with plenty of Domino’s pizzas to give the children a well-deserved pizza party!

We are proud to support our local community and want people to know that we do not just look after adults in Leigh the children in our community are well looked after too.

A brilliant afternoon filled with pizza, smiles and happy faces!

A warm welcome to the Home Instead family 💚

We’ve recently had the pleasure of visiting some of our new clients and delivering a little welcome box to help them feel at home from the very beginning.

Starting care can feel like a big step, so we want every new client and their family to know that they are joining a team that genuinely cares. From the first visit onwards, it is all about building trust, creating meaningful relationships and providing support that feels personal.

I cannot recommend or thank Home Instead enough. Over the past month or so, they have been providing social support for my mum, who spent eight months in hospital and is now permanently disabled. As a result, she is unable to go out on her own and, without this support, would be housebound and socially isolated.

Susan and Sam, her carers have been absolutely amazing. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care have given my mum the confidence and opportunity to get back out into the community, which has made such a positive difference to her wellbeing and quality of life.

A special mention also to Chloe, who has been incredibly efficient, friendly, approachable and always receptive to any questions or requests. The communication and organisation have been excellent throughout.

As a family, we are so grateful for the support Home Instead has provided. Knowing my mum is in such caring and capable hands gives us real peace of mind. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful work you do.
